Calluses and corns are thickened layers of skin, often on the feet and hands. It is  caused by repeated pressure or friction. A corn develops on the top or side of a toe, usually from ill fitted shoes. Calluses and corns may cause pain and discomfort while walking.

Treatment Options:

Wearing properly fitting shoes or micro cellular rubber based slippers may help. Gently wearing down the callus or corn may give some relief. Other treatment options includes topical therapy or removal of the corn or callus.
